Education:
-Associate degree in architecture from Tehran institutes of technology in 1971.
-Doctorate degree in architecture from state university of Fine Arts in Paris (Beaux-Arts) in 1978.
 
A brief review of doctorate degree dissertation in architecture:
 
-A survey and study of higher education problems in Iran in the fields of:
-A survey of higher education developments and growth in Iran and the results attained.
-A survey of quality of the subject matter of the courses taught at university.
-A study of technical and universities of technology with the country’s industries.
-An analysis and comparison of skilled manpower supply and demand in employment markets.
-A survey of suitable solutions towards promotion of the quality of higher education systems in Iran.
-Planning and designing of an architectural project on the technical education complex of Ministry of Roads and Transportation including the following phases:
-Conducting surveys of different urban problems of Karaj town.
-Conducting studies and surveys of the required project and planning (requirements of 1st. phase) in Karaj town.
-Designing the project which included educational and administration buildings, sport and welfare installations, and students and faculty dormitories in a plot of land of 117161 square meters area (within the second phase of the project) in Karaj.
-Completed Urban engineering from urban planning institute of Paris in 1979.
-Continued education  to receive doctorate degree in urban planning from the university of Paris up to doctorate degree dissertation.
-Continued education and studies in urban planning and architecture and its relationship with reconstruction in urban planning department in the university of Aachen, Federal Republic of Germany.

-Teaching in university of Tehran, schools of architecture and urban planning from 1983 to 1985.
-Teaching interior architecture in Alzahra university from 1984 to 1986.

Advisory and executive experience:
-Ministry of Culture and Higher Education, in technical and construction services department 1978-1980. Work in the said office included survey of architectural plans and control over execution of the following buildings:
-Universityof Zahedan museum, Khash library, Bampur library.
-Bakhtaran museum, Islam-Abad Gharb and Ghasr-Shirin libraries.
-Pasargad museum, Shiraz.
-Kashan, Ardekan, Bafgh, Yazd, and Zanjan libraries.
-Cultural center of Ghom city.
-Co-operation with Historical monuments protection agency on designing and execution works of reconstruction of Soltanieh town and Soltanieh Dome located at the suburb of Zanjan.
 
 
Ministry of Housing and Urban planning (1980-1989):
-Director of complex and detailed projects of Tehran province including the city of Tehran and all the town within the central province.
-Director of complex and detailed projects of Fars province including the city of Shiraz and all the towns within the Fars province.
